Make Ahead Potatoes

- 10 to 12 large potatoes, peeled
- 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
- 1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
- 1 tsp. onion flakes or 1 small onion, chopped
- salt to taste
- paprika
- 1/4 c. butter
Directions

1Boil potatoes in water until done.

2Drain and mash.

3Whip in cream cheese and sour cream until fluffy.

4Add milk if necessary. Spread into buttered 9 x 13-inch baking dish or 2 smaller dishes. Cover and refrigerate or freeze until needed.

5When ready to use, drizzle melted butter over potatoes and sprinkle with paprika.

6Bake for 1 hour at 350° for 40 minutes, covered, and 20 minutes, uncovered, to give nice golden brown top.
