- 1 lb. fish fillets
- 3/4 c. dry bread crumbs
- 1/4 c. butter
- 2 eggs
- 1 lemon
- 1 sweet pickle
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
Directions

1Wash fillets; pat dry with paper towel.

2Have a grown up assistant cut them up into long pieces.

3Preheat oven to 400°. Spread bread crumbs out on wax paper.

4Break eggs into bowl and beat them.

5Dip fish into eggs, then bread crumbs until coated. Lay into baking pan.

6Pour melted margarine or butter over each fish stick.

7Bake 15 minutes or until golden brown.
