- 6 Tablespoons Butter
- 2 ounces, weight Semi-sweet Chocolate
- 1/2 cups Sugar
- 2 Eggs, Lightly Beaten
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 1/2 cups All-purpose Flour
- FOR THE CREAM CHEESE FILLING:
- 8 ounces, weight 1/3 Less Fat Cream Cheese
- 1/2 cups Sugar
- 1/2 teaspoons Peppermint Extract
- Green Food Coloring
- 8 ounces, weight Fat-Free Frozen Whipped Topping, Thawed
- Mint And Dark Chocolate Chips, Optional

22. For the brownie base, in a large saucepan, melt butter and chocolate over low heat. Stir in sugar until smooth.
