  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 Tbsp. orange juice
  • dash of ground ginger (optional)
  • 1 (7 oz.) jar marshmallow cream
  • 1 tsp. grated orange peel

Directions

    Beat all ingredients at medium speed with an electric mixer until well blended.

    Serve as a dipping sauce with fresh fruit. Makes about 1 1/2 cups.

    Can also substitute lime juice and lime peel for orange juice and orange peel.
