- 1 (2 to 3 lb.) roast
- 1 pkg. dry onion soup
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 c. wine (any kind but cooking wine)
- 3 or 4 medium potatoes, cut up
- 3 or 4 medium carrots, cut up
- 1 large onion, cut in eighths
- 1/2 c. frozen vegetables for seasoning
Directions

1In large pan, place roast on large piece of aluminum foil. Bend aluminum up to hold vegetables.

2Add vegetables and vegetables for seasoning.

3Put both soups on and around roast. Add wine.

4Wrap foil tightly around the whole thing.

5Roast at 350° for 3 to 3 1/2 hours.

6With cornbread, it's a whole meal!
