- 3 diced bacon slices
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 2 1/2 c. diced potatoes
- 1 1/2 c. boiling water
- 1 tsp. salt
- dash of pepper
- 2 c. milk
- 1 Tbsp. melted butter
- parsley sprigs
Directions

1Cook bacon until crisp.

3Cook until tender. Add potatoes, water, seasonings and fish.

4Cover; cook slowly for 15 to 20 minutes until potatoes are tender.
