- 3 lb. meat (moose)
- 2 Tbsp. oil
- 2 large onions, chopped
- 4 to 6 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1 Tbsp. grated fresh ginger
- 2 Tbsp. curry powder
- 3 tsp. salt
- 2 Tbsp. vinegar
- 2 large cans chopped tomatoes
- 2 fresh green chillies, chopped
- 2 Tbsp. mint (dry)
- 1 tsp. garam masala
Directions

1Cut meat in 1/2 to 1-inch pieces (drain well).

2In a big, heavy pot, put in oil and gently fry garlic, ginger and onions until soft and golden.

3Add curry powder, salt and vinegar; mix well.

4Then add diced meat and coat well with spices.

5Add tomatoes, chillies and mint.

6Cook until meat is tender.

7Add garam marsala and cook 5 minutes longer.

8Serve with rice.
