Ingredients

  • 1 (14 ounce) can stewed tomatoes, with juice
  • 1 yellow onion, chopped
  • 2 -3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 jalapeno, seeds removed, minced
  • 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 (4 ounce) can green chilies

Directions

    Combine onion, garlic, jalapeno and a little liquid from can of tomatoes in a food processor.

    Chop until you get the texture you desire.

    Pour above mixture into a bowl.

    Chop up tomatoes next, then add to onion/garlic/jalapeno mixture.

    Add all other ingredients and stir.

    Add salt to taste, if needed.
