- 1/2 c. orange juice
- 1/4 c. packed brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp. oil
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 4 c. cut-up cooked chicken
- 13 1/2 oz. pineapple chunks, drained
- 1/2 c. sliced water chestnuts
- 1 tsp. chopped candied ginger
Directions

1Combine barbecue sauce, orange juice, brown sugar, oil, flour and salt; mix well.

2Cook, stirring, until mixture comes to a boil and thickens slightly.

3Add chicken, pineapple, water chestnuts and ginger; cover and simmer 10 minutes.
