- 1/2 c. onion, chopped

- dash of cayenne pepper
- 1/2 c. crushed pineapple

- 1 slice fresh ginger or 1 tsp. ginger
- 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
Directions

1Prepare chicken by removing bones and steaming good size pieces.

2Dip in batter and fry in hot, deep fat.
