  • 1 fryer (all breast are easier)
  • 1 c. canned whole tomatoes
  • 1/2 c. cider vinegar
  • 1/2 c. onion, chopped
  • salt to taste
  • dash of cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 c. crushed pineapple
  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 slice fresh ginger or 1 tsp. ginger
  • 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1/2 c. green pepper, chopped

Directions

    Prepare chicken by removing bones and steaming good size pieces.

    Dip in batter and fry in hot, deep fat.

    Cut into 1/2-inch slices.
