- 1 to 1 1/2 lb. lean pork, cubed
- 4 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. mustard
- 1/4 c. catsup
- 1 Tbsp. vinegar
- 1 can mandarin oranges (11 oz.)
Directions

1Brown pork.

2Drain oranges.

3Reserve 1/2 cup juice.

4Combine reserved juice with rest of ingredients, except oranges.

5Mix until completely blended.

6Add oranges.

7Drain excess fat from pork cubes.

8Pour orange sauce over pork.

9Cover and simmer gently 45 minutes.
