Mandarin Parfaits

  • 1 c. cold milk
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1/4 tsp. almond extract
  • 1 small pkg. jello pudding (vanilla or French vanilla)
  • 1 (11 oz.) can mandarin orange sections, drained

    Stir milk, sour cream and almond extract in bowl.

    Add pudding mix.

    With electric mixer at low speed, beat until well blended, 1 to 2 minutes.

    Layer pudding and orange sections in individual parfait glasses.

    Chill for about 1 hour.

    Garnish with whipped topping.
