- 2 ounces blueberries
- 1/2 ounce ginger, diced
- 1/2 teaspoon serrano pepper, diced
- 1 small garlic clove, minced
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1/4 cup light brown sugar, firmly packed
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Directions

1Place all ingredients in a pan. Bring to a boil, reduce heat to low, and simmer until thick, about 25 minutes, stirring frequently to keep from sticking.
