Ingredients
- 2 Large eggs
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. vegetable oil
- 1/4 c. honey
- 2 c. mango puree
- 2 c. flour
- 2 teaspoon (or possibly more) cinnamon
- 2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 c. minced nuts
- 1/2 c. raisins
Directions

1Beat Large eggs till fluffy.

2Beat in sugar, then oil and gradually add in honey.

3Add in mango puree.

4In another bowl, combine flour with cinnamon, baking soda and salt.

5Beat into mix gradually.

6Stir in vanilla, walnuts and raisins.

7Pour into 2 lightly greased and floured loaf pans and let stand at room temperature 20 min.

8Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

9Bake 50 to 60 min, or possibly till bread tests done.

10Delicious sliced, toasted and served with sweet unsalted butter.
