Mango Cheesecake Brownies

  • 4 oz. Baker's Unsweetened Chocolate, chopped
  • 3/4 cup butter
  • 2 cups sugar, divided
  • 5 eggs, divided
  • 1 pkg. (250 g) Philadelphia Brick Cream Cheese, softened
  • 1-1/2 cups plus 2 Tbsp. flour, divided
  • 2 tsp. ground cardamom
  • 1 cup canned sweetened mango pulp

    Heat oven to 350 degrees F.

    Microwave chocolate and butter in large microwaveable bowl on MEDIUM 2 min.

    or until butter is melted.

    Stir until chocolate is completely melted and mixture is well blended.

    Stir in 1-1/2 cups sugar.

    Add 4 eggs, 1 at a time, mixing well after each addition.

    Stir in 1-1/2 cups flour just until blended.

    Spread onto bottom of 13x9-inch pan sprayed with cooking spray.

    Beat cream cheese, remaining sugar, remaining flour and cardamom with mixer until blended.

    Add mango pulp; mix well.

    Add remaining egg; beat on low speed just until blended.

    Drop spoonfuls of cream cheese mixture over brownie batter; swirl gently with knife.
