- 4 oz. Baker's Unsweetened Chocolate, chopped
- 3/4 cup butter
- 2 cups sugar, divided
- 5 eggs, divided
- 1 pkg. (250 g) Philadelphia Brick Cream Cheese, softened
- 1-1/2 cups plus 2 Tbsp. flour, divided
- 2 tsp. ground cardamom
- 1 cup canned sweetened mango pulp
Directions

1Heat oven to 350 degrees F.

2Microwave chocolate and butter in large microwaveable bowl on MEDIUM 2 min.

3or until butter is melted.

4Stir until chocolate is completely melted and mixture is well blended.

5Stir in 1-1/2 cups sugar.

6Add 4 eggs, 1 at a time, mixing well after each addition.

7Stir in 1-1/2 cups flour just until blended.

8Spread onto bottom of 13x9-inch pan sprayed with cooking spray.

9Beat cream cheese, remaining sugar, remaining flour and cardamom with mixer until blended.

10Add mango pulp; mix well.

11Add remaining egg; beat on low speed just until blended.

12Drop spoonfuls of cream cheese mixture over brownie batter; swirl gently with knife.

13Bake 35 min.

14or until toothpick inserted in centre comes out with fudgy crumbs.
