- 25 green mangoes
- 1 tsp. curry
- 4 c. vinegar
- 1/2 c. chopped onions
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. mixed spices
- 4 c. brown sugar
- 1/2 c. chopped almonds
- 5 red hot peppers, chopped finely
- 1/3 c. ginger
- 1 lb. currants
- 1 1/2 tsp. mustard
- 1 lb. raisins
Directions

1Put mangoes, onions, ginger, almonds and peppers which have been chopped finely and the rest of the ingredients into a pot and mix well.

2Cook for about 2 to 2 1/2 hours or until mangoes are cooked soft.

3Put into jars.
