- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1/2 cup chopped onions
- Pinch of salt
- 2 cups small diced mango
- 1/2 cup white vinegar
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons water
Directions

1In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter.

4Saute for two minutes.

6Continue to saute for 2 minutes.

7Add the vinegar and the sugar.

8Bring the mixture to a boil.

9Whisk the cornstarch with the water.

11Stir the slurry into the mango mixture.

12Bring the mixture back to a boil.

13Continue to cook for 4 minutes, stirring constantly.

14Remove from the heat and cool completely.
