  • 1 Mango
  • 1 small Banana
  • 1/2 cup Yoghurt 0%
  • 1 tsp Honey
  • 1 pinch Cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp Goji berries

Directions

    Wash the fruits.

    Peel of mango and cut for small pieces.
  3. 3
    Do the same thing with a banana.
  4. 4
    Blend it quickly with honey and cinnamon until ingredients have combined.

    Take a tall glass, put 3 big tbl spoons of banana-mango mixture on the bottom.

    Then put 2 tbl spoons of yoghurt on the mixture and again 2 tbl spoons of mixture on the yoghurt.

    Now You have a fancy 3 coloured dessert!

    Now pour the Goji berries on the top of Your dessert.

    Put for 15 minutes to the fridge and serve cool!
