- 1 small mango, peeled and sliced thinly
- 40 g natural muesli
- 200 g low-fat yogurt
- 1 small banana, sliced
- 1 teaspoon sesame seeds, toasted
- 1 teaspoon shredded coconut, toasted
Directions

1Divide the mango between 2 serving dishes.

2Sprinkle with the muesli and the top each with 1/4 of the yoghurt.

3Arrange 1/2 the banana over the yoghurt and then top with the remaining yoghurt.

4Finally, sprinkle with the combined sesame seeds and coconut.
