- 1 tablespoon Curry Powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon Coriander
- 1/4 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
- 1 tablespoon Sugar
- 2 pieces Mangoes, Peeled and Diced
- 1 teaspoon Salt
Directions

1Heat oil in saucepan until it begins to smoke.

2Add onions and saute until translucent.

3Stir in curry powder, cumin, coriander, and cayenne and cook for 2 minutes.

4Add mango, sugar, and water and cook until syrupy, about 10-12 minutes.

5Season with salt to taste.
