  • 1 cup chopped mango
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon chopped of fresh mint
  • 12 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 cup whipped cream

Directions

    In saucepan, bring mango, water and sugar to a boil.

    Reduce heat and simmer until reduced by half.

    Add mint and vinegar.

    Transfer to a blender and puree until smooth.

    Fold whipped cream, one third at a time, into mango puree.

    Refrigerate 1 hour before serving.
