- 1 Tbsp. cumquat juice
- 2 Tbsp. candied or crystallized ginger, finely chopped
- whipping cream (as garnish)
- fresh mango slices (to garnish)

1Directions to Make Mango Ice Cream:

2Soften vanilla ice cream. Add mango puree and cumquat juice.

3Place in mold and freeze 2 hours.

4Unmold and place in blender and add ginger.

5Return to mold and refreeze.
