- 2 whole Medium-sized Ripe Avocados
- 1 whole Lime (juice Only)
- 1 whole Medium Mango, Peeled, Pitted, Diced
- 1 whole Jalapeno, Stem And Seeds Removed, Finely Chopped
- 1/4 cups Finely Chopped Fresh Cilantro
- Salt And Freshly Ground Black Pepper, To Taste
Directions

1Cut the avocados in half, remove the pit and use a spoon to scoop out the flesh into a medium bowl.

2Add some of the lime juice and mash the avocado with a fork or potato masher.

3Stir in the mango, jalapeno and cilantro until evenly combined; season with salt and pepper.

4Serve with baked tortilla chips or vegetable sticks.
