  • 2 whole Medium-sized Ripe Avocados
  • 1 whole Lime (juice Only)
  • 1 whole Medium Mango, Peeled, Pitted, Diced
  • 1 whole Jalapeno, Stem And Seeds Removed, Finely Chopped
  • 1/4 cups Finely Chopped Fresh Cilantro
  • Salt And Freshly Ground Black Pepper, To Taste

Directions

    Cut the avocados in half, remove the pit and use a spoon to scoop out the flesh into a medium bowl.

    Add some of the lime juice and mash the avocado with a fork or potato masher.

    Stir in the mango, jalapeno and cilantro until evenly combined; season with salt and pepper.

    Serve with baked tortilla chips or vegetable sticks.
