- 1 12 cups plain low-fat yogurt
- 12 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 cup mango pulp
- 12 cup milk or 12 cup cold water
- 1 -2 tablespoon honey or 1 -2 tablespoon sugar
- salt
Directions

1Put all the ingredients in a blender and blend until combined.

2Add the ice and blend until frothy or serve over crushed ice.

3*Fresh, canned or frozen mango may be substituted for the mango pulp.

4If using a fresh mango, peel, remove the flesh from the pit and cut mango into small pieces before putting in the blender.
