- 1 ounce graham crackers crushed
- 1 ounce macadamia nuts ground, plus extra, toasted, to serve
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/3 cup butter melted
- 3 cups cream cheese
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 14 ounces mangoes can sliced, drained, 1/2 chopped
- 1/4 cup all purpose flour
- whipped cream to serve
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°F. Line the base of a 9 inch diameter springform pan with foil.

2Combine graham cracker crumbs, macadamia nuts and and cinnamon in a bowl. Blend in butter, mixing well. Press firmly into the base of prepared pan. Chill for 20 mins, or until firm.

3Beat cream cheese and sugar together until smooth. Add eggs one a time, beating well after each addition. Mix in vanilla.

4Fold chopped mangoes and flour into cream cheese mixture. Pour into crust. Bake for 45-50 mins. Allow to cool. Serve topped with whipped cream, toasted macadamias and remaining mango slices.
