  • 2 cups hot water (140F to 160F)
  • 4 tsp. JELL-O Orange Flavor Sugar Free Gelatin
  • - PHILADELPHIA Original Cream Cheese, softened
  • 2 Tbsp. lime zest Safeway 3 ct For $1.00 thru 02/09
  • 2 Tbsp. fresh lime juice Safeway 3 ct For $1.00 thru 02/09
  • 1 qt. prepared whipped topping
  • 2 cups mangos, peeled, chopped Whole Foods 2 ea For $4.00 thru 02/09

Directions

    Stir hot water into gelatin mix until completely dissolved; set aside.

    Place cream cheese in large bowl of mixer fitted with whisk attachment.

    Beat on low speed 1 min.

    or until light and fluffy.

    Add lime zest and juice; beat just until blended.

    Gradually add gelatin mixture, beating on low speed after each addition until well blended.

    Fold in whipped topping and mangos.

    Refrigerate 2 hours or until firm.
