Ingredients
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 2 c. flour
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
- 2 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1/2 c. butter or margarine, softened
- 3 tsp. lemon juice
- 1 c. mango, diced
- 1/2 c. walnuts, coarsely chopped
- 1/4 c. raisins
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Mix together sugar, flour, baking soda, salt and nutmeg.

3Add eggs, butter, mango and lemon juice. Mix well.

4Stir in walnuts and raisins.

5Pour into buttered loaf pan. Cook 60 to 75 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.

6Cool on a rack.

7Best cut the next day.
