Mango Pineapple Preserves

- 8 cups mangoes, chopped
- 20 ounces crushed pineapple (canned, if fresh 2 cups and 1 cup sugar)
- 1/4 cup lime juice (lemon will do)
- 4 cups sugar
Directions

1Put fruit in pot over medium heat. Stir in sugar until dissolved. Cook until thickened.

2Fill hot sterilized jars and seal.

3Process in boiling water bath for 5 minutes, cool and store.
