Ingredients
- 2 cups plus 2 tsp. flour, divided
- 1-1/2 tsp. CALUMET Baking Powder
- 1 pkg. (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
- 3/4 cup butter or margarine, softened
- 2 cups granulated sugar
- 1 Tbsp. vanilla
- 4 eggs
- 1 mango, peeled, finely chopped
- 2 tsp. powdered sugar
Directions

1Heat oven to 325 degrees F.

2Mix 2 cups flour and baking powder; set aside.

3Beat cream cheese, butter, granulated sugar and vanilla in large bowl with mixer until blended.

4Add eggs, 1 at a time, beating after each until blended.

5Gradually beat in flour mixture on low speed until blended.

6Pour 1/3 of the cake batter into 12-cup fluted tube pan sprayed with cooking spray.

7Toss mangos with remaining flour; stir into remaining cake batter.

8Pour over batter in pan.

9Bake 1 hour 10 min.

10or until toothpick inserted near center comes out clean.

11Cool cake in pan 10 min.

12Loosen cake from sides of pan with knife.

13Invert cake onto wire rack; gently remove pan.

14Cool cake completely.

15Sprinkle with powdered sugar just before serving.
