  • hothouse cucumber English, diced, abt 1 cup
  • 1 mango peeled, diced
  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons fresh mint leaves thinly-sliced
  • 2 teaspoons honey

    Toss all ingredients in medium bowl to combine. (Raita can be prepared 1 day ahead. Cover and refrigerate.)
