- 1-1/2 cup yogurt
- 1/2 lemon, juiced
- 1 mango
- 1 cucumber
- 1 tbsp. mint
- 1 tbsp. red onion
- pinch salt
Directions

1Chop mango and cucumber into 1/2 inch dice.

2Slice red onion very thinly and chop mint finely.

3Mix all ingredients together and serve cold.

4Makes an excellent accompaniment to fish, chicken, and vegetable curries.
