  • 1-1/2 cup yogurt
  • 1/2 lemon, juiced
  • 1 mango
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 tbsp. mint
  • 1 tbsp. red onion
  • pinch salt

Directions

    Chop mango and cucumber into 1/2 inch dice.

    Slice red onion very thinly and chop mint finely.

    Mix all ingredients together and serve cold.

    Makes an excellent accompaniment to fish, chicken, and vegetable curries.
