  • 2 mangoes, peeled,seeded,and cut into 1/4 inch dice
  • 1 12 tablespoons minced fresh jalapeno peppers, seeded and diced (about 1 medium)
  • 14 cup coarsely chopped fresh cilantro
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • 12 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 14 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon minced shallot
  • 1 cup chopped, fresh sweet onion
