  • 1 whole Large Mango, Peeled And Diced
  • 1 cup Chopped Red Bell Pepper
  • 2 whole Jalapeno Peppers, Seeded And Minced
  • 2 cloves Fresh Garlic, Minced
  • 1/2 cups Chopped Red Onion
  • 1 bunch Fresh Cilantro, Chopped
  • 1/4 cups Fresh Lime Juice

Directions

    Mix all ingredients in a glass bowl.

    Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.

    NOTES : Good served with chips or with grilled fish or chicken.

    You may add drained, rinsed, canned black beans or kernel corn if desired.
