  • 6 cups Shredded purple cabbage
  • 2 tablespoons green onions, white and green thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
  • 1 cup mango, julienned
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt

Directions

    Combine all ingredients, toss well to distribute flavors. Toss occasionally before serving and again just before serving. Serve at room temp or chilled.
