  • 3 mangoes, peeled and diced
  • 2 Tbs/31 g lime juice
  • 8 liq oz/237 ml simple syrup
  • A pinch of salt

    1. MIx together all ingredients and puree. strain through a fine chinois.

    2. Process in an ice cream machine. Extract the sorbet into cylinders and freeze.
