- 2 lb. ground beef
- 2 c. torn fresh bread
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 2 eggs
- 2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
- 1 tsp. oregano
- 2 tsp. salt
- 2 Tbsp. margarine
- 1 (10 oz.) jar apricot preserves
- 1/2 c. barbecue sauce
Directions

1Combine meat, crumbs, onion, eggs, parsley and salt.

2Mix lightly.

3Shape into 1-inch balls.

4Brown margarine and drain. Place in 2-quart casserole.

5Combine preserves and barbecue sauce.

6Pour over meatballs.

7Bake at 350° for 30 minutes. Stir occasionally.

8Makes about 4 dozen.
