  • 1/2 c. onion rings
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 Tbsp. Parkay margarine
  • 1 medium tomato, cut into wedges
  • 1/4 tsp. dried basil leaves, crushed
  • 3/4 c. (3 oz.) shredded Casino Brand natural low moisture part-skim Mozzarella cheese

Directions

    Saute peppers, onions and garlic in margarine in same skillet until tender.
