- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 Tbsp. Parkay margarine
- 1 medium tomato, cut into wedges
- 1/4 tsp. dried basil leaves, crushed
- 3/4 c. (3 oz.) shredded Casino Brand natural low moisture part-skim Mozzarella cheese
Directions

1Saute peppers, onions and garlic in margarine in same skillet until tender.

2Stir tomatoes and basil; top with cheese.
