- 1 pkg. manicotti noodles
- 1 lb. cottage cheese (32 oz.) or Ricotta cheese
- 2 bricks Mozzarella (approximately 2 lb.)
- 2 eggs
- 1 (3 oz.) pkg. Kraft grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 Tbsp. parsley
- salt
- pepper
Directions

1Cook manicotti noodles.

2Drain and cool.

3In large bowl, mix cottage or Ricotta cheese, 1 pound Mozzarella (cut up into bite-size pieces), eggs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, salt and pepper. Split noodles down the center.

4Stuff with plenty of cheese; mix. Put in greased 9 x 13-inch pan, seam side down.

5Continue until all noodles are filled.

6You will need another small pan also.

7Cover with spaghetti sauce.

8Cook on 350° for 1 hour.

9Top with grated Mozzarella cheese.

10Put back in oven until melted.

11Serve with meatballs and sausage.
