- 1 large container Ricotta cheese
- 8 oz. Mozzarella cheese
- 4 oz. Parmesan cheese
- 1 box manicotti noodles
- 1 lb. sausage
- 1/2 tsp. fresh garlic, grated
- 1 large can pear tomatoes
- 2 small cans tomato paste
- oregano to taste
- basil to taste
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
Directions

1Cook noodles by package directions.

2Combine cheeses.

3Stuff cheese mixture in cooked noodles.

4Set aside.

5Mix garlic, tomatoes, tomato paste, oregano, basil and lemon juice in blender. Add sausage and blend again.

6Place sauce mixture on bottom of dish.

7Lay stuffed noodles on top.

8Pour remaining sauce over and between noodles and bake at 300° for 25 minutes.
