  • large pasta seashells
  • 15 oz. Ricotta cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 12 oz. Mozzarella cheese
  • 1 1/2 lb. hamburger
  • 1 onion, cut up
  • spaghetti sauce (I use Ragu or Prego)

Directions

    Brown meat and onion (drain).

    Boil pasta and rinse.

    Mix cheeses and eggs together.

    Mix meat and cheese mixtures together. Stuff shells with mixture.

    If any meat mixture is left, put in spaghetti sauce before pouring over stuffed shells.

    Use 9 x 13-inch baking pan.

    Bake at 350° for 45 to 50 minutes (uncovered).
