- large pasta seashells
- 15 oz. Ricotta cheese
- 2 eggs
- 12 oz. Mozzarella cheese
- 1 1/2 lb. hamburger
- 1 onion, cut up
- spaghetti sauce (I use Ragu or Prego)
Directions

1Brown meat and onion (drain).

2Boil pasta and rinse.

3Mix cheeses and eggs together.

4Mix meat and cheese mixtures together. Stuff shells with mixture.

5If any meat mixture is left, put in spaghetti sauce before pouring over stuffed shells.

6Use 9 x 13-inch baking pan.

7Bake at 350° for 45 to 50 minutes (uncovered).
