  • 1 lb. Ricotta cheese
  • 12 oz. cooked spinach or broccoli
  • 8 oz. manicotti noodles
  • 4 Tbsp. Parmesan, grated
  • 3 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce or 1 jar spaghetti sauce

Directions

    Mix Ricotta and drained spinach.

    Stuff uncooked manicotti shells and pour sauce over them.

    Bake at 350° for about 1 hour. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
