- 12 oz. cooked spinach or broccoli
- 8 oz. manicotti noodles
- 4 Tbsp. Parmesan, grated
- 3 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce or 1 jar spaghetti sauce
Directions

1Mix Ricotta and drained spinach.

2Stuff uncooked manicotti shells and pour sauce over them.

3Bake at 350° for about 1 hour. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
