Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb. ground chuck
  • 1/2 onion
  • 1/2 bell pepper
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 can tomato paste
  • 2 cans tomato sauce
  • 1 tsp. garlic salt
  • 1 crumbled bay leaf
  • 3 shakes oregano
  • 1 pkg. McCormick spaghetti sauce mix with Italian mushroom
  • 1 1/2 c. water
  • 1 box manicotti noodles
  • 2 pkg. shredded cheese (Mozzarella and Cheddar)

Directions

    Brown ground chuck and drain.

    Add other ingredients together. Cook slow for 1 hour, all except cheese.

    Boil noodles for 20 minutes and drain.

    Stuff meat sauce inside of noodles.

    Place in large casserole dish and sprinkle with cheeses over each layer until gone.

    Cook for 15 minutes at 350°.

    Ready to eat.
