Maple Curry Chicken Pasta

  • 1 green bell pepper diced
  • 1 red bell pepper diced
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup walden farms
  • 1 teaspoon Swerve or nature mate, preferred
  • 2 tablespoons curry paste
  • 5 chicken breasts
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil
  • 8 zucchini zoodled

Directions

    pan fry chicken in coconut oil and garlic, season with salt and pepper. once cooked, chop it up.

    saute peppers in the coconut oil until softened and add chicken back to the pan.

    over medium heat add in the sweetener and syrup.

    add curry paste and cream and stir.

    reduce heat and simmer until heated throughout.

    heat up zoodels on med heat with the olive oil.

    combine all ingredients in a serving dish.
