- 1 pound carrots peeled and sliced diagonally
- 1 tablespoon promise buttery spread
- 1 teaspoon dijon mustard
- 2 teaspoons pure maple syrup
Directions

1In medium saucepan, add carrots and enough water to cover. Bring to a boil over high heat. Reduce heat to medium-high and cook 6 minutes or until crisp-tender; drain.

2In same saucepan, toss carrots with remaining ingredients. Garnish, if desired, with chopped fresh parsley.
