  • 3 eggs
  • 3/4 c. Log Cabin syrup
  • 3/4 c. reconstituted nonfat dry or whole milk
  • dash of salt
  • 1/2 c. Post Grape-Nuts cereal
  • 2 1/2 c. 1-inch bread cubes, toasted

    Beat eggs slightly.

    Blend in syrup, milk and salt.

    Add cereal and bread cubes.

    Pour into well-greased 1-quart casserole. Bake at 350° about 50 minutes or until golden brown.
