  • 1 cup Granulated Sugar
  • 1 Tablespoon Flour
  • 2 cups Maple Syrup
  • 1/4 cups White Karo
  • 1/2 cups Milk Or Cream (I Recommend Cream)
  • 1 Tablespoon Butter

Directions

    Mix flour and sugar in sauce pan. Mix in maple syrup, Karo, and milk or cream. Cook over low heat, stirring occasionally, to soft ball stage, 232-236 degrees.

    Remove from heat and drop butter on top. Let cool to lukewarm, beat until the glossy look begins to leave. Pour quickly into buttered pan.

    Nuts may be added. When cool cut into 24 squares. Enjoy
