  • 4 pork loin chops bone in, 1 inch thick, patted dry
  • 1/2 cup all purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1/4 cup cider vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
