  • 1 cup whole wheat flour

  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 14 cup brown sugar
  • 13 cup maple syrup
  • 1 cup milk
  • 6 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 12 cup chopped nuts (optional)

Directions
