- 1 (16 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
- 12 cup maple syrup
- 1 cup finely-chopped pecans
- 12 teaspoon maple extract
- 1 baked 8 inch pie shell
- whipped cream
- additional chopped pecans, toasted
Directions

1Bring milk and syrup to gently boil in medium saucepan over medium heat.

2Cook until thick, stirring frequently.

3Mix in 1/2 cup pecans and extract.

4Pour into baked crust.

5Cool completely.

6Refrigerate until ready to serve.
