  • 1 34 teaspoons salt
  • 14 cup pure maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons packed brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 2 23 cups all-purpose flour or 2 23 cups bread flour
  • 23 cup quick-cooking oats
  • 12 cup dry buttermilk
  • 13 cup oat bran
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1 34 teaspoons bread machine yeast or 1 34 teaspoons instant yeast

Directions

    Measure all ingredients except dates into baking pan in the order recommended by the manufacturer.

    When the baking cycle ends, immediately remove the bread from the pan and place it on a rack.
